Levana stands for “Leverage Any Asset.'' The Levana Protocol is currently in development to create a suite of cross-platform dapps, which provide leverage for crypto and real-world assets. Built on the Terra Blockchain Network, we are launching this spring with a set of leverage index tokens to provide easy access to 2x leverage, long or short, for the most popular assets in the Terra ecosystem.

Following the launch of our flexible leveraged index tokens, we will launch a tokenized perpetual swap decentralized exchange and an options trading platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing Smart Contracts
• Coordinate with Senior Developer and Project Manager to ensure deliverables are finished to specifications on time with due date
• Push things to completion on your own. If you come to a barrier, use your problem solving skills to get the job done on time.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Rust programming language
• Smart contract experience including secure coding in the Cosmos Ecosystem or Ethereum
• 1+ year experience in Rust or Solidity
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience
• Being passionate about the project, We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can think like a leader while valuing being part of a team effort
• The ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently in order to deliver projects on time. Working remotely isn’t for everyone. You will need to be able to self motivate and drive yourself to complete projects by the appropriate due date
• Great communication skills. If you get stuck in a project, don’t wait around until someone comes along to fix the issue. Must be able to reach out for assistance as well as work around the issue
• Creative problem-solving skills alongside a strong analytical mindset
• Experience working with the professional tools of the trade (ex. Jira, GitHub, Notion)
• Experience with the Crypto Space and DeFi
